Sonar, a CA-based health tech startup analyzing conversations and behavioral patterns for real-time, text-based detection of mental health issues, has raised $2.4m in financing.

Patlytics, a CA-based company automating patent workflows by streamlining drafting, infringement detection, and claim chart generation, has raised $14m in series A financing.

Auditoria.AI, a CA-based company focused on finance operations including cash flow management, has raised $38m in series B financing.

Perfect, an Israel-based startup developing an AI-driven recruitment platform by analyzing job requirements, career paths, and candidate potential while crafting personalized outreach, has raised $23m in seed financing.

Lizzy Care, a New York-based healthcare tech company providing personalized dementia care through home support, clinical oversight, and tailored plans, has raised $2.6m in seed financing.
