Vooma, a CA-based company building a multi-channel logistics platform to help companies scale operations rapidly and efficiently through workflow automation, has raised $16m in series A financing.

StretchDollar, a CA and PA-based startup providing pre-tax health benefits and expert guidance for employees' insurance plan selection, has raised $6m in seed financing.
